Every item sold on this site is ready-made, stocked inventory: pants that exist on our shelves in the sizes and colors listed. We describe each piece with its measurements, fabric and color as accurately as we can, and we check each pair against its listing before it ships. Minor variation in shade between a screen and the fabric is possible. A special order item is a product not held in stock that we order from a supplier at your request; it is a standard supplier item, not produced or altered for one customer.

5. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and include no sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but an order already placed keeps the price shown when it was placed. If a price is obviously wrong because of a typing or system error, we email you before shipping with the correct price and the choice to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; the contract is formed when the parcel ships and you receive the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order before shipping where stock has run out, a payment cannot be verified, or an address cannot be served, and in each case you are told why and refunded in full.

By paying you confirm that you are authorized to use the method you chose. A payment that fails or is declined creates no order and no charge.
